
The following is my commitment of what I will do for you once the Listing Agreement is signed:

Once your property is officially listed, the information is passed along through our computer system to the Multiple Listing Service. This makes approx. 900 agents in approximately 90 offices aware of your home being available and "for sale".
Next step will be a sign on your property, as about 25% of sales on new listings are initiated with a sign. My sign will also have a flyer box attached with photos and remarks about your home for instant information to a potential buyer driving by.
The next Sunday newspaper after your property is listed there will be a photo ad with details explaining our new listing. Weather permitting allows a good photo day. I will then take multiple photos for advertising.
Also, I put together flyers for all other offices and their agents to again, create impact and interest on your home.
Your home will also be actively marketed on five (5) separate web sites for world wide exposure.
This should all happen within the first 10-14 days. About this time, approximately the mid part of the month, your home will appear in our multiple listing real estate directory. This is a complete "Realtor Only" listing of all properties currently on the market.
I will also make complete packets for other agents or potential buyers to review. This will include a detail sheet, a plat, etc.
Your home will be featured on my own personal page in the Homes and Real Estate monthly guide for tourists and locals alike. We also have several other publications that your home will be featured in depending on the time frame. - Homeseekers, Sunday Daily Inter Lake, along with line ads in the Mountain Trader.
I send out on a monthly schedule approximately the 15th of each month a listing activity report to help you see exactly what is happening with your home i.e. showings, e-mail's, faxes, inquires and advertising to date.
Along the way, if not sold yet, I will continue to saturate the real estate community with updates and more flyers - so they are always thinking of your home if a potential buyer does make contact with them.
Once we do have an offer, I will work diligently on your behalf and in your best interest with all negotiations involved in the transaction.
